Dr. Prem Warrior is the Chief Growth Officer at AgroSpheres. He previously held leadership roles as COO and Board Director at Valagro, Senior Program Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Senior Director of Global Research at Valent Biosciences. Dr. Warrior has played a key role in driving innovation for biological technologies and commercializing novel agricultural inputs.

Carl identifies AgTech investment opportunities that support sustainable food production. In 2018, he helped launch Ospraie Ag Acience, the venture arm of Ospraie Management. In this role, he leads successful venture campaigns for select companies that help farmers do more with less environmental impact.

Dr. Robert Fraley is the former executive vice president and chief technology officer at Monsanto Company. Also a World Food Prize Laureate, he is widely recognized as a key contributor to the worldwide science and agriculture communities – most notably, for developing the first genetically modified crops as a solution for farmers battling pests and weeds that threatened their yields.

Larry joined the AgroSpheres board of directors in October 2022. Currently, Larry is a Managing Director at Lewis & Clark AgriFood, responsible for all facets of fund management, including raising funds, leading investments, and corporate governance via board membership. Larry received his PhD in Biochemistry from Washington University in St. Louis.

Beginning her career at the US EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs, Karen joins us as our Director of Regulatory Affairs. She comes with nearly four decades experience working in pesticide regulatory affairs with positions in government, consulting, and industry. Karen is also currently co-chair of the BPIA Organics and Communications Subcommittee, recently winning Volunteer of the Year.
