What has now become an annual tradition at AgroSpheres, we celebrated our Earth Day Potluck with cultural cuisine from seven different countries. Feasting upon items including Zereshk Polo, Salad Shirazi, Pakauda and Tomato Chutney, Caprese Salad, Pelau, Chicken Nuggets, Cowboy Caviar, with Wedding Cookies and Gajar ka Halwa for dessert. Always love coming together as a group to enjoy good food!
